ResourcesList is a curated directory of third-party tools and resources. We list products from independent authors and companies and earn no commission on anything you buy or sign up for. By using this website you agree to these terms. Last updated September 17, 2026.

1. Scope

These terms cover this website (ResourcesList), its visitors (“you”), and the third-party products it lists (“listed resources”).

2. Using the directory

Browsing the directory is free and requires no account. Listings are editorial picks — inclusion is not an endorsement, and we cannot guarantee a listed resource’s accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality. Anything you buy, sign up for, or download from a listed resource is governed solely by that provider’s terms.

There are no user accounts. Anything you send through the submit, contact, or newsletter forms is covered by the privacy policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no disrupting its operation, no attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, no submitting spam or misleading listings, and no using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are always marked (for example with “*” or “Partner”), so you know which ones they are.

Our curation comes first: every resource is selected for quality and relevance, whether or not it has an affiliate program. Affiliate relationships never decide whether a tool is listed. This keeps the directory free to use and independent.

5. Liability

Our own content. We compile this site with care, but we cannot guarantee that every page is always up to date, complete, or accurate. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

External links. Listings link to third-party websites whose content is not under our control — each provider is liable for their own site. At the time of listing we check links for obvious legal issues; if we learn of unlawful content behind a link, we remove it.

Under no circumstances shall ResourcesList be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of any listed resource — including loss of data or profit — even if advised of the possibility. If using a listed resource causes you harm or costs, that is between you and its provider.

The site’s own content, design, and compilation of listings belong to ResourcesList and are protected by copyright. Names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks of listed resources belong to their respective owners.

You may browse and share individual listings, but: no reproducing or reselling the site’s content for commercial purposes without written permission; no framing our pages or using our branding in hidden text or meta tags; and no systematic automated collection — scraping, spiders, bots, or AI crawlers harvesting this site to build a competing database or directory — without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright and trademark law, and we will pursue available remedies.
